In my work, I find that inspiration strikes when it's not convenient to act on it. I don't get inspired when I'm sitting at the easel, but when I'm sitting at a red light.
Then I forget.

- American Flag USA: We just got back from a trip to BC. We love Canada. But we love the USA too! U - S - A!!!!!! I'm picturing something like this:

- Acreage For Each: A large intaglio print I made in college had a portrait of my brother on one end, me on the other, was long and narrow (@6"x36" or so). I'd like to revisit this idea in oils. Double portraits can be really powerful. I have trouble with them.

- new Hillbilly Hellraiser: An abstracted take on my painting from a few years ago. I have been really into stripes lately, and rainbow colors. This was the previous painting:
